TAP (Transition Assistance Program)

The Transition Assistance Program (TAP) is a grants program established in March 2016 by the Department of Family and Community Services, Ageing, Disability and Home Care (ADHC) to support small disability services in regional and remote NSW intending to transition to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

ACS in partnership with ADHC is responsible for managing the program including the allocation of funding, program administration and monitoring of projects funded under the TAP.

The key objectives of the ACS TAP Project are to:
